We are looking for someone with experience working on commercial parking lots who understands proper surface preparation and sealcoat application.

Responsibilities:

Apply sealcoat to commercial parking lots and asphalt surfaces Prepare asphalt surfaces before sealcoating Clean lots using blowers, brooms, and other equipment Edge and detail around curbs, sidewalks, buildings, and other areas Mix and handle sealcoat materials properly Operate sealcoating equipment, hoses, spray systems, and squeegees Assist with crack filling and asphalt preparation as needed Keep equipment and jobsites clean and organized Work efficiently as part of a crew

Requirements:

Previous sealcoating experience strongly preferred Familiarity with commercial parking lot work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to perform physical outdoor work Dependable and punctual Willing to work evenings, nights, or weekends when jobs require it Attention to detail and pride in quality work

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
