General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of a small group of constructions workers. Must have a valid Drivers License Effectively manage a group of 8 men Measure out an given area and come up with proper asphalt tonnage Communicate with plant throughout the day to ensure we're receiving proper material Know how to physically perform every position on a paving crew Work 50 +/- hours a week Saturday hours are often required; holiday hours are sometimes required.
