We are a trusted name in pavement solutions, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, strong leadership, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside crew members on asphalt and sealcoating projects Operate equipment such as bobcats, small backhoes, rollers, and other paving machinery Ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and meet quality standards Coordinate project timelines, materials, and daily work assignments Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving and sealcoating Proven leadership experience managing a field crew Proficient with operating small heavy equipment (bobcat, small backhoe, etc.) Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety Must pass pre-employment drug screening - We are a drug-free workplace
