Pena Paving Co. is a growing commercial pavement maintenance company serving property managers, HOAs, and commercial real estate clients across Central Florida. We perform parking lot striping, sealcoating, asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete work, and pressure washing—all done in-house by our own crew. We are hiring a Lead Sealcoat & Striping Technician to run jobs on the ground. What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities) You report directly to ownership—no layers, no bureaucracy. You will lead the crew on every job site and take full ownership of the project from start to finish.

Lead & Manage:

Supervise and work alongside a small crew on every job site. Execute to

Spec:

Ensure parking lot striping, sealcoating, patching, and concrete work are done perfectly and efficiently.

Safety & Setup:

Ensure proper job site setup, traffic control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Schedule & Cleanliness:

Keep jobs running on time and ensure the site is left spotless upon completion. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) We are not looking for someone who needs hand-holding. We need a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it.

Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial paving, striping, sealcoating, asphalt patching, or concrete work.

Leadership:

Proven ability to operate equipment and lead a small field crew.

License:

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicles).

Fitness & Grit:

Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions year-round and perform physical labor.

Reliability:
