Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Laborer to join our team. This position involves working outdoors in various conditions to assist with asphalt projects, maintenance, and construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating asphalt equipment and a strong understanding of asphalt practices. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. Duties Must have knowledge and experience as a laborer at an asphalt paving job, operating any and all paving equipment and loading and unloading equipment. Assist in paving operations and other construction-related tasks. Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure project completion according to specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks. Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check. Must have own transportation Skills Proficient in raking and equipment operation Experience in paving construction practices. Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety measures. Familiarity with milling and paving machinery is a plus. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
