Schedule:

40-60 hours per week depending on the season and workload We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join a concrete and asphalt company and support our crushing and recycling operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front-end loaders and excavators and a strong mechanical background. This position will involve operating heavy equipment, assisting with the crushing crew, and performing mechanical work and maintenance on equipment used in concrete and asphalt processing. Responsibilities Operate front-end loaders and excavators safely and efficiently. Assist with crushing and recycling concrete and asphalt materials. Support the crushing crew with daily operations and general labor as needed. Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment. Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues or needed repairs. Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures and requirements. Requirements Experience operating front-end loaders and excavators . Mechanical experience or a strong mechanical background. Ability to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs. Clean MVR required. CDL is not required. Ability to work 40-60 hours per week depending on the season . Reliable attendance and transportation. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work. Working Conditions Outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Exposure to noise, dust, vibrations, concrete/asphalt materials, and heavy equipment. Position involves prolonged periods of sitting while operating equipment, along with physical labor. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform general labor as needed. Tools will be supplied on the job.

Pay:
