Coeur d'Alene, ID What You'll Do Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and roadway maintenance Rake and shovel asphalt Operate hand tools and small equipment Load and unload materials and equipment Set up traffic control and job sites Maintain a safe and clean work environment Work closely with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus and earns additional compensation Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous construction or asphalt experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals What We Offer Starting wage of $21/hour Additional pay for employees with a CDL Full-time seasonal employment (April-October) Overtime opportunities during the busy season Hands-on training and opportunities for advancement Friendly, family-owned company with a strong team culture Join a growing local company where hard work is recognized and opportunities to advance are earned.
