Continuing Education Locally Owned & Family-Oriented Culture Position Responsibilities Operators:

Safely operate asphalt equipment (pavers, rollers, grading equipment, etc.) Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with crew to ensure quality and efficiency

Laborers:

Assist with paving, grading, raking, rolling, and patching Operate hand tools and smaller equipment Support crew members to maintain production goals

All Team Members:

Lift 40-60 lbs independently (team lifting when required) Maintain attention to detail and care for customer property Follow all company safety standards and procedures Lead or assist crew members when needed Qualifications Prior asphalt paving experience required. Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required. References required
