SitePrep Asphalt Laborer Milling and Grade

Job Summary Howard Companies, an asphalt paving company, is accepting applications for Site/Prep Laborers We at Howard Companies put safety and quality first. We are a "people first" organization that focuses on our team environment to create a great product. We're currently seeking Site/Prep Grade Operating Forman for our Site/Prep Division.

INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' operating grader or miller.
• Experience with earthwork, grade work and phasing of project.
• Ability to read plans, plan/ profile and cross sections.
• Ability to read and understand cut/fill plans
• Must be able to operate grader or milling machine for stone operation. Responsibilities
• Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being always followed at all sites
• Making quick and safe decisions when required and jobsite
