This person will be responsible for operating a grader as well as other equipment when necessary from beginning to end of each day. This is a difficult job which takes training, confidence and relevant experience. This job will work Monday

• Friday, with many Saturdays throughout the paving season. Relevant equipment operation experience is a must. Must be self-motivated and willing to take instruction.
• Equipment Operator Experience
• Motor Grader (Preferred) or Dozer
• Understand of Blue Prints and Measuring Grade
• Basic Math and Reading skills.
• A valid Drivers License.
