Site Maintenance:

Prepare and maintain job sites, including loading materials and installing sediment control devices like silt fences.

Land Restoration:

Assist with rough and fine grading for seed bed preparation and the installation of native trees, shrubs, and seeds.

General Upkeep:

Install mulch, stone, and compost to maintain site aesthetics and health.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

Equipment Proficiency:

Prior experience with specialized machinery like industrial mowing equipment augers, or chain saws.

Environmental Knowledge:

Basic identification skills for native and invasive plants.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with INDOT rules regarding commercial vehicles and trailers.

OSHA Training:

Previous training in PPE, hazardous materials, first aid, or material handling

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Ability:
