Job Description
Labor Finders is hiring an Asphalt Foreman (Paving Crew) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Monroe, LA , working a day shift, Monday through Friday . This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing daily paving operations, supervising field crews, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate has asphalt paving experience, strong leadership skills, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive job site. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily asphalt paving crew operations. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule. Monitor crew productivity, quality, and job performance. Ensure all work is completed safely and according to project specifications. Complete and submit accurate crew timesheets. Requirements 3-5 years of crew leadership or hands-on management experience, preferably in asphalt paving. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid Louisiana driver's license. Ability to work long hours in an active outdoor construction environment. Professional attitude with sound judgment and a strong commitment to safety. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
