We do Parking lots , driveways & streets We are seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our civil infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating paving equipment to lay asphalt and safely across various construction projects. Your expertise in heavy machinery operation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure high-quality paving results that meet project specifications. Responsibilities Operate asphalt pavers, screeds, and related paving equipment to lay asphalt and surfaces according to project plans and specifications Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving machinery, including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and , ensuring optimal performance Coordinate with the construction crew to prepare the site, , and site grading for smooth paving operations Adhere strictly to safety regulations such as DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and company safety protocols during all phases of work Manage the delivery and placement of bituminous materials, and other paving substances while maintaining quality control standards Utilize basic math skills for measurements, leveling, and quality checks to ensure precise paving outcomes Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as asphalt pavers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks in civil infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and proper equipment maintenance procedures Familiarity with working on projects involving asphalt paving, Prior experience working with DOT regulations and standards related to highway or road construction projects Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimations Demonstrated ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on safety protocol adherence and teamwork Construction or civil engineering background preferred; relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation or construction safety are a plus Join our team to play a vital role in building durable infrastructure while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
