Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Asphalt Paver to join our civil infrastructure construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating paving equipment to lay asphalt surfaces efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality results on various projects such as roads, parking lots, and walkways. Responsibilities Operate and work around asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently. Perform asphalt paving and finishing work. Use a lute to spread, level, and finish asphalt. Operate an asphalt roller and properly compact paved surfaces. Assist the paving crew with daily job-site tasks. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements Previous asphalt paving experience required. Must be experienced using a lute . Must be able to operate an asphalt roller . Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions. Must be able to perform physically demanding work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional paving equipment is a plus. Strong knowledge of asphalt paving and finishing techniques.
