30+ year company is looking to hire motivated and experienced Asphalt Assistant Foremen to join our growing team. This position supports the Foreman in managing daily paving operations while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance and crew productivity. This is a full-time position that requires 45-60 hours a week, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Assist foreman with overseeing asphalt paving crews and daily job site operations
• Help coordinate crew members, equipment, and materials
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
• Communicate effectively with crew, supervisors, and project managers
• Monitor quality control and address issues as they arise
• Physically able and willing to work in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License (Chauffer's License preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Punctuality The ideal candidate can make this a year-round position.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving or related construction work
• Leadership or crew supervision preferred
• Knowledge of paving equipment, materials and processes
• Ability to read and interpret project plans is a plus Snow removal, salting experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
