Responsibilities & Duties Operate trucks, machinery, and construction equipment used for asphalt preparation and installation. Assist with paving operations, including equipment setup, material flow, spreading, and proper compaction. Perform asphalt sealing, striping, and crack-filling. Complete hot and cold asphalt patching. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements. Additional Property & Restoration Services Technicians may also assist with: Carpet cleaning, including: Area rugs Drapes and curtains Upholstery Pet odor control Grout cleaning services Deep cleaning of air-conditioning units Flood damage cleanup and repair assistance Other maintenance, cleaning, restoration, and property-service tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous asphalt, construction, maintenance, cleaning, or restoration experience is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
