Asphalt Paving Lute/Rake Laborer -
Requirements Experienced asphalt paving applicants only. Previous asphalt paving/raking experience is required . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Willing to work overtime and extended hours during the construction season. Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. A Chauffeur's License and valid MDOT Medical Examiner's Certificate are a plus. Pay & Benefits We recognize that experience matters, and we pay for it. Candidates with proven Asphalt Paving Loot/Rake Experience and a strong work history will be offered higher wages based on their skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities Rake and level hot asphalt to proper grade. Work alongside an experienced paving crew to achieve a smooth, quality finish. Perform hand work around curbs, utilities, commercial parking lots, and other detailed areas. Assist with site preparation and cleanup. Maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site.
