Key Responsibilities:

Operate and Program CMMs:

Run CMMs according to established inspection programs, using software such as

PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso Inspect and Verify:

Measure and inspect precision machined parts, including reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and material specifications

Data Analysis:

Analyze measurement data to identify deviations and ensure compliance with engineering standards

Quality Assurance:

Document inspection results, maintain inspection records, and support ISO or AS9100 quality management systems

Troubleshooting:

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and improve processes

Training:

Train junior operators on CMM operation, programming, and quality best practices

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine calibration and maintenance of CMMs to ensure accuracy quality experience
