We are hiring a skilled Landscaping Specialist to work on high-end residential and commercial outdoor projects in the Duluth area. Starting Pay:

$23.00

•$28.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday

Friday:

7:30 AM

•4:30 PM (Seasonal position running through November, resuming in April)

What You'll Do:

Execute residential and commercial landscape construction and hardscaping projects

Build concrete retaining walls, brick/paver patios, and paved walkways

Perform earthwork, site grading, soil preparation, and tree planting

Safely operate power equipment and heavy machinery, including skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks

Collaborate with team members to ensure site safety, efficiency, and project quality

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years minimum experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or earthwork

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Proficiency operating heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, dump truck)

Strong work ethic and physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
