Paving Crew/Labor - Experience preferred

Job Summary Join our dynamic paving team as a Paving Crew/Labor member, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help us deliver top-quality asphalt surfaces. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll be actively involved in preparing the surface, laying and compacting material, ensuring proper drainage, and maintaining equipment to keep our projects moving smoothly. Required Must have valid Drivers License w/o restrictions. Must have a current DOT Health card. Duties Perform asphalt finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks. Support paving activities by spreading asphalt using paving machines and hand tools. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Prior asphalt experience is preferred. Maintain reports. Experience Prefer at least 1 year experience asphalt paving and labor. Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
