Asphalt Laborer

Asphalt Laborer Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Asphalt Laborers for commercial projects in the Kansas City, MO area. The pay range of an Asphalt Laborer is $20-$27 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position's hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Asphalt Laborer applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for hard work 40+ hours a week, outside. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all asphalt laborers with no week in the hole. Ultimate Asphalt Laborer responsibilities + Operate equipment to complete paving, surfacing, and tamping + Rake, tamp, dig and perform various other labor duties + Assist in maintaining, inspecting and operating equipment used in laying, spreading and leveling material + Operate, maintain and assist in running the screed, paver and back loader + Adhere to OSHA safety Guidelines Ultimate LLC strives to create and maintain a culture of safety for all our field employees.
