Essential Functions and Duties:

Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews while promoting a safe, productive, and positive work environment Plan daily operations by coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, trucking, and project schedules Oversee paving activities to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications Operate paving equipment as needed and resolve field challenges to keep projects on schedule Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution Complete project documentation, conduct safety meetings and equipment inspections, and train and mentor crew members

Qualifications:

5+ years of asphalt paving experience, including leadership as a Foreman, Lead Operator, or Crew Leader Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and municipal paving operations, including blueprint reading and quality control Experience operating asphalt paving equipment and heavy machinery in a fast-paced construction environment Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Comfortable performing physically demanding work in varying outdoor conditions CDL and industry certifications (OSHA, Flagger, CPR/First Aid) preferred, along with experience in project scheduling, job costing, and production tracking Call 406-298-9154 or email your resume eric@lcstaffing.com 42037
