What we do… We specialize in wetland construction, excavation of unsuitable material, site and civil work. Employee Responsibilities Work on a crew of 3-5 team members Follow prescribed safety plan to ensure a safe working environment Perform routine maintenance to equipment including lubricating, fueling, cleaning Follow the work plan to move each job along at a pace that is efficient and quality Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis Employee Qualifications Be familiar and able to operate one or more of the following equipment: Skid steer Excavator Dozer Loader Compactor Haul truck All team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics Accept direction form supervisors Have a positive can-do attitude Follow company safety rules and regulations Have punctual and consistent attendance Accept constructive feedback Must have a valid Driver's License.
