Live Free Remodeling is hiring a Working Supervisor to own projects from start to finish and help us keep growing. The Opportunity We're a rapidly growing remodeling company focused on high-quality work: additions, ADUs, siding, windows, decks, doors, and interior finishes. You'll be the on-site face of the company—managing the crew, protecting the schedule and budget, and delivering the kind of work that earns referrals.

Compensation Base pay:

$33-$38/hour (non-exempt) Efficiency incentives on every project you lead Realistic total package: $80K minimum , with strong performers able to reach $100K Benefits Monthly tool allowance PTO Company truck What You'll Do Lead and work alongside the crew on active jobs Keep projects on schedule and profitable Communicate clearly with homeowners and serve as the primary on-site contact Maintain clear daily communication with the office Develop the crew by teaching new skills and actively monitoring jobsite safety Supervise direct reports and take an active role in their development and hiring decisions Uphold quality standards from framing through finish Coordinate material, labor, and daily production What We're Looking For 10+ years of hands-on frame-to-finish experience Proven ability to manage a small crew and run a job independently Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Own your own hand tools and cordless tools (company supplies larger corded power tools) Self-starter who takes ownership in their job.
