In person About Us PNK Group is a vertically integrated engineering, development, and construction company specializing in industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and data centers. We are currently seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating motor graders on large-scale construction and site development projects. Key Responsibilities Operate a motor grader to perform rough and finish grading. Grade and level construction sites according to project specifications and required elevations. Build and maintain slopes, pads, roadways, and access roads. Perform fine grading and final grade work with accuracy. Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and elevations. Use GPS/grade control systems when required. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Identify and report equipment issues or unsafe operating conditions. Coordinate with site supervisors, surveyors, and other equipment operators. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications Previous professional experience operating a motor grader in construction or site development. Strong experience with rough grading and finish grading. Ability to maintain proper grade, slope, and elevation. Ability to read grade stakes and understand basic site plans. Knowledge of safe heavy equipment operation. Valid Driver's License — Required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions. Ability to work full-time and overtime as required. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications OSHA 10 certification — Preferred. OSHA 30 certification — A plus. Experience with GPS/Grade Control systems , including Trimble, Topcon, or Leica — Preferred. Experience on large commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects. Experience operating additional heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, or rollers. CDL — A plus, but not required.
