of South Shore is currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing asphalt maintenance team for the 2026 season. We specialize in residential and commercial asphalt sealcoating, crack repair, and asphalt maintenance services throughout Suffolk County. Sealcoating experience is strongly preferred, as we are looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience in the industry. However, we are willing to further train the right candidate to meet the high standards and quality of service we expect from our crews. We take pride in providing premium service, so attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, and precision on every job site are extremely important. Experience in sealcoating, landscaping, construction, paving, masonry, or other outdoor labor positions is considered a plus.
