Onsite Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assembler Level 3 to support electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience assembling components, reading blueprints or technical instructions, wiring, soldering, and working with cable harnesses. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working independently on moderately complex assignments while maintaining quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly on assemblies and sub-assemblies. Follow established methods, work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications. Perform wiring and component installation on assembly units. Complete hand soldering as required. Assemble and work with cables and cable harnesses . Set up and adjust equipment or components while maintaining required blueprint tolerances. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot assembly-related issues. Use judgment to resolve routine production problems and make recommendations when needed. Work independently with minimal daily supervision. Communicate with team members and internal customers regarding production, quality, and assembly requirements. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of related assembly, manufacturing, electronic assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly experience . Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment . Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation . Experience with wiring, cable harnessing, component installation, and/or soldering . Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established tolerances and specifications. Ability to complete moderately complex assignments with limited supervision. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM . Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are especially encouraged to apply: Electronic assembly Electro-mechanical assembly PCB or component assembly Hand soldering Wire and cable assembly Cable harnessing Blueprint or schematic reading Precision manufacturing Aerospace, electronics, industrial, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments #TMRABenefits
