Working knowledge of general labor skills Minimum of 1 year experience in paving construction Cleaning and preparing paving construction sites Loading and unloading asphalt materials and equipment Operating and tending paving machinery and heavy equipment Following instructions and implementing construction plans Assisting skilled paving tradesmen in their duties Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up Ensure safe work environment Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors Other maintenance duties that arise
