Job Summary Company Overview:
Our top heavy civil construction client specializes in site, utility, excavation. What you will be doing Our top client company is looking for a heavy civil ( site, utility, excavation). Superintendent in the White Plains, NY region. What you will be doing Supervises maintenance of equipment, distribution of product and employees Responsible for implementing environmental, health and safety regulations and policies of the company as well as local, state and government; complying with OSHA regulations. Coordinate resources with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate work with operations and ensure that grade is ready prior to mobilization of crews, and ensure that maximum asphalt production is available. Maintain daily records of all significant project facts, crew timesheets, events and conditions. Must have a basic knowledge of abilities and limitations in all applications. Ability to recognize potential problems before breakdowns occur. Must have the ability to work safely and follow the policies and procedures of the company. What you will need Minimum of 3-5 plus years' experience in supervising heavy civil construction crews Strong knowledge of plans and specifications, OSHA Requirements Safety Protocol Knowledge and ability to operate equipment Excellent communication internally and with sub=contractors.\ •Competitive pay 120k-140k DOE #civ123
