We are looking for individuals who already know the asphalt industry and are ready to bring their skills to a busy, established paving company. Our work takes us throughout Central Ohio and includes roadway paving, new construction, commercial sites, subdivisions, residential work, milling, grading, and other asphalt projects. Experience We're Looking For We have opportunities for people with experience operating paving equipment or performing skilled paving crew work. Background in one or more of the following is preferred: Asphalt paving and crew leadership Paver operation Screed operation Asphalt rolling and compaction Lute and handwork Milling operations Grading and base preparation Maintainer operation Foreman or crew supervision These are experienced paving positions. Candidates should understand the pace and physical demands of asphalt work and be comfortable working outdoors as part of a production-focused crew.
