Silvestera Inc. is hiring dependable Asphalt Laborers and experienced Equipment Operators to join our paving crew. Responsibilities include asphalt paving, patching, grading, excavation, site preparation, compaction, and safely operating equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, loaders, excavators, and milling machines. Qualified candidates must be safety-minded, reliable, able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, and willing to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends. Previous asphalt or construction experience is preferred, and pay will be based on experience. CDL's are a plus and will be compensated for, but not a requirement.
