Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our Paving crew. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising asphalt projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site activities Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations Resolve any problems that may arise Interpret construction drawings and implement necessary changes Requirements Current Drivers License (CDL highly recommeneded) Proven experience as a supervisor in paving industry Experience running all aspects of a paving crew including paver/screed, lute, roller, and skid loader Strong knowledge of construction management processes Ability to read and interpret schematics Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of Construction estimating techniques
