Asphalt Paving Operators and Laborers Charlestown Paving and Excavating, Inc. is seeking experienced asphalt paving operators and laborers to join our commercial and residential paving crews. We are hiring candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Asphalt labor and general paving operations Lute and rake work Shoveling and cleanup Paver screed operator Milling machine operator Roller, skid steer, or other paving equipment operation Previous asphalt paving experience is required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license. A current DOT medical card is preferred.
