Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in the construction industry. We are a small Family-owned paving company located in Pocono Pines. If you're looking to get into construction and learn the ways around the job, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Pay is based on experience. Duties Shovel/lute blacktop Load/unload equipment Learn how to run equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, excavator, roller. Pick-up materials and supplies for jobs. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have good work ethic and good attendance Must be familiar with a construction site and know basic shovel/rake duties.
