Position Overview We're seeking a reliable and motivated Pavement Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This hands-on role supports the repair and maintenance of asphalt surfaces and is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and take pride in a job well done. Key Responsibilities Demolition and removal of asphalt Patching using hot and cold mix asphalt Crack sealing Application of pavement sealer Line striping for parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces Assisting with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance Qualifications Valid driver's license (required) Construction experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
