Under the direction of the Field Superintendent, the Asphalt Paving Supervisor coordinates and supervises asphalt construction projects by overseeing the daily operations of an asphalt crew(s) including safety, quality, and personnel management, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. To be successful as the Asphalt Paving Supervisor, a candidate is required to have solid prior experience with asphalt paving and heavy equipment operating ( specifically a Paver ), strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team of employees, and skilled at communicating with all levels of individuals (Company, customer, and general public).
