AMI is needing a highly skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our dynamic team. This key role directly impacts production goals and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in high-standard paving operations and be an energetic, action-oriented, positive, and professional team player.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt paving machinery safely and efficiently. Knowledge on how to keep screed adjusted properly and set up electronics in line with the paver to maintain quality. Monitor asphalt distribution, ensuring smooth application and finish. Conduct daily inspections of equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Work alongside crew members and assist in all capacities of applications. Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times. Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
Must be proficient in operating an Asphalt Paver. Minimum of 2-3 years of asphalt experience is required. Available to work weekends. Ability to operate a Roller, Skid Steer, lute is a plus.
