Previous asphalt/construction experience is required, and candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and knowledgeable in asphalt work and/or equipment operation. Pay will be discussed and determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to quality, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities Perform asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and general labor duties Operate asphalt and construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with grading, preparation, and cleanup of job sites Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites involving asphalt and heavy equipment operation is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and paving equipment operation. Familiarity with working on civil infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, or parking lots. Experience operating loaders, skid steer, and other heavy machinery used in paving operations. Valid drivers license is a preferred.
