Tacoma, WA | Travel Required Pay $25-$45+ per hour, depending on experience and position. Experienced candidates may qualify for higher compensation. Job Type Full-time Year-round work Overtime available Travel required About Us Industrial Asphalt Inc. is a growing asphalt paving company looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our paving crews. We are hiring for multiple positions, from entry-level laborers to experienced operators and foremen. Asphalt experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people. Positions Available Asphalt Foreman Paver Operator Screed Operator Roller Operator Asphalt Raker / Lute Man Asphalt Finisher CDL Truck Driver Asphalt Laborer General Construction Laborer Entry-Level Paving Crew Member Responsibilities Depending on position, responsibilities may include: Asphalt paving and repair Operating paving and compaction equipment Raking and finishing hot mix asphalt Operating rollers and other construction equipment Preparing job sites Shoveling, raking and performing handwork Maintaining proper grades and drainage Loading and unloading materials Following instructions from crew leaders and foremen Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working safely around heavy equipment and construction traffic Requirements Must be willing to travel for out-of-town projects Reliable transportation to the job site Dependable and punctual Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical labor Able to work extended hours when required Construction or asphalt experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus for applicable positions Must be able to work as part of a team No asphalt experience?
