What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations Supervise crew members to ensure quality, productivity, and safety Communicate with superintendents, plant, and trucking to maintain efficient production Ensure proper paving techniques, grades, and mat quality are met Enforce safety procedures and jobsite best practices Train and mentor crew members

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a paving foreman in asphalt operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of paving equipment, techniques, and job sequencing Strong work ethic and ability to manage long hours and changing conditions Safety-first mindset with a team-oriented attitude
