A Boilermaker installs and repairs boilers or other large containers that hold liquids for generating heat or electricity, or for processing chemicals or other products. Assembles very large boilers at installation sites. Repairs boiler pipes and valves and inspects and replaces parts. May work on other large industrial equipment.
This position will support all the work necessary to install, repair and maintain boilers from large steam units to smaller atmospheric units in the pursuit of being the Preferred Boiler Room Solutions Provider. You will work to accomplish business goals while setting and maintaining a culture of Customers, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence (C.I.T.E.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the primary duties satisfactorily. Provides professional and courteous service to customers with a primary goal of complete customer satisfaction. 2. Assists and completes installation of equipment. 3. Performs onsite preventive maintenance, clean equipment as required and verify the operational quality of equipment. 4. Prepares and submits all required digital paperwork on a timely, routine basis. 5. Troubleshoot errors and issues with a high proficiency and ability to repair/resolve problems. 6. Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems and exhaust/stack emissions 7. Follow up on service visits to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. 8. Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records. 9. Perform general boiler and other mechanical work, including tuning and combustion setting. 10. Provides verbal and written technical assistance to customers on product service, installation, repair, warranty and general product questions. 11. Build strong customer relationships and confidence in Patriot and our core products, while also building knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. 12. Must be able to plan each job, ensuring you have the proper tools and documentation. 13. Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests. 14. Ability to use tools of the trade (combustion analyzer, multimeter, power tools etc). 15. Other duties, as assigned.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Travel is necessary about 15-20% of the time, including overnight stays at or near customer sites. Our service area is the entire state of Arizona and occasionally do work in neighboring states. 2. Must be available for on-call duty as scheduled, including evenings, weekends and holidays. 3. Exhibits good housekeeping practices in all work areas. 4. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. 5. Being detail-oriented, fast-learner and enthusiastic. 6. Be responsible for executing the work plan and all items that pertain to each job and project and if issues arise bring them immediately to the attention of the Project Manager and provide an update at the end of each workday. 7. Mentor and provide technical assistance and training to less experienced personnel. 8. Read electrical blueprints and install wiring for burner/boiler controls. 9. Comply with all policies of the Company including those policies governing the reimbursement of certain reasonable, ordinary, necessary, and pre-approved business expenses incurred in connection with your employment.

Skills and Experience:
1. Associate degree or equivalent from a technical/trade school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. 2. Minimum of three (3) years related experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Boiler, water heater and/or pump repair service preferred. 4. Operational knowledge of computers and MS software preferred. 5. Mechanically inclined thought process. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 7.

Always respecting our customers and their needs. 8. Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. 9. Maintain assigned company vehicles by scheduling and completing repairs and necessary maintenance service. 10. Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
