Lead Boiler Technician

What You'll Do You'll be the go-to expert in the field, keeping critical systems running safely and efficiently while building strong customer relationships. Diagnose, repair, and service commercial & industrial boilers and related equipment Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and system start-ups Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver clear, effective solutions Optimize system performance and ensure safe operation Identify aging equipment and recommend upgrades to customers Lead field projects and mentor junior technicians Provide top-tier customer service with a professional, positive attitude Follow all safety standards and maintain certifications Where You'll Work Based out of Castle Rock, CO (daily commute required) Travel across Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska 50-60% travel (about 2 weeks/month) No relocation assistance provided Schedule Monday-Friday On-call rotation
