FULL TIME

Mansfield & TM Service is seeking experienced Boiler Technicians who take pride in diagnosing complex problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and working on critical commercial & industrial boiler systems. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, maintain, and commission commercial & industrial boilers Perform preventative maintenance, annual inspections, and combustion tuning Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, burner, and control systems Communicate findings and recommendations directly with customers Mentor junior technicians and continue expanding your technical expertise What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on commercial boiler servicing experience Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with steam and hot water boiler systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, customer-focused, and safety-minded Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to obtain government/federal facility badging (background & drug screening may be required) Why Join Us?
