About This Role:
As a Boiler Installer, you'll be responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning residential boiler systems while ensuring every installation meets Blue Valley's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll work with hydronic heating systems, piping, controls, and related equipment, helping homeowners enjoy reliable comfort for years to come. Why Join Us? Paid hourly for warranty jobs and non-install tasks to ensure your time is valued Access to company vehicle, tools, uniforms, and mobile technology Company-paid training, including manufacturer training and leadership development Clear career growth opportunities into Lead Installer, Field Trainer, Field Supervisor, or Project Manager Year-round work with a stable, fast-growing company Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options What You'll Do Install and replace residential boilers, hydronic heating systems, piping, circulators, expansion tanks, controls, and related equipment Perform system start-ups, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation Read and interpret installation plans, piping diagrams, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all installations meet local mechanical, plumbing, gas, and building codes Communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process and provide a best-in-class customer experience Maintain accurate installation documentation and job closeout paperwork Collaborate with the Install Coordinator and Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every jobsite Must Haves 3+ years of residential boiler and hydronic installation experience Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems, gas piping, venting, controls, pumps, and boiler piping layouts Experience installing high-efficiency condensing boilers is highly preferred Ability to troubleshoot and commission newly installed systems Strong understanding of local mechanical, plumbing, and fuel gas codes Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record EPA Certification is a plus but not required for boiler-only work Working Conditions / Physical Demands Must consider safety one's primary responsibility and have a strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements. Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, reach, and use hand and power tools. Must be comfortable working in basements, crawl spaces, attics, mechanical rooms, and other confined areas. Must be able to safely climb ladders and work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Regularly lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing 50+ pounds. The work environment varies by season and jobsite, and employees should be comfortable working throughout Colorado's changing weather conditions. The pay for this position is uncapped, and Boiler Installers could earn $100,000-$150,000+ annually based on experience, productivity, and performance. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
