Perform preventive maintenance on steam and hot water boilers. Diagnose and repair burners, combustion systems, pumps, valves, controls, and related equipment. Complete annual inspections, startups, shutdowns, and operational testing. Install and replace boiler components, piping, and mechanical equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Complete service reports and communicate professionally with customers. Follow OSHA regulations and Hutson Industrial Services' safety standards. Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. What We're Looking For Three or more years of commercial or industrial boiler service experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with steam, hot water, and combustion systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in industrial environments. Welding, pipefitting, or combustion control experience is a plus.
