A Boilermaker installs and repairs boilers or other large containers that hold liquids for generating heat or electricity, or for processing chemicals or other products. Assembles very large boilers at installation sites. Repairs boiler pipes and valves and inspects and replaces parts. May work on other large industrial equipment.

$26-$35/hr (DOE) + Commissions + Spiffs +
Performance Bonuses Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (4x10s)

Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and/or boilers and oil-fired equipment Diagnose and solve complex mechanical and control issues Communicate clearly with customers and teammates Prepare job documentation and follow all safety standards Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or boiler/oil system service EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and fit-for-work physical High school diploma or GED Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Self-driven, customer-first mindset Additional Expertise (Preferred):
Commercial Work:
Chillers, VRF systems, RTUs, exhaust fans, building controls, and startup of commercial HVAC systems
Boiler/Oil Work:
Boiler installations, diagnosing commercial/residential boilers, servicing oil furnaces and hydronic systems, and experience with high-efficiency boiler technology
