Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, and related equipment across various industrial and manufacturing settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient operation of mechanical systems, contributing to the overall reliability of our facilities. Duties Assemble, install, and repair boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels according to schematics and technical specifications Conduct welding operations using various techniques to ensure secure joints and structural integrity Perform electrical work related to boiler controls, sensors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical equipment repair Maintain HVAC systems and perform repairs on building interior systems including plumbing, piping, and ventilation Use hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures for facilities equipment Conduct routine maintenance painting, facilities equipment maintenance, and supervise safety protocols during all operations Lead or assist with supervising team members during complex repair projects or installations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Experience Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial facilities Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and HVAC system repair Familiarity with electrical work including electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting using schematics and ohmmeters Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical control systems Knowledge of building interior maintenance including carpentry, painting (residential or maintenance painting), and facilities maintenance practices Supervisory experience leading teams in maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as hand tools and ohmmeters effectively Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise in boiler systems, electrical work, welding, and facilities maintenance into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real impact! $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
