- , you're not just ensuring proper functioning of boilers throughout the property - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: +
- Keep boiler systems running smoothly:
- Operate, maintain, and repair boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance +
- Maintain other related systems:
- Oversee the operation and upkeep of condensate and feed-water systems, air compressors, dryers, wastewater pumps, and heat recovery systems +
- Respond to service requests:
- Quickly handle unscheduled and emergency work orders related to boiler system issues +
- Document maintenance activities:
- Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
