Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service during events and daily operations Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash to uphold health and safety standards Support with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar and surrounding areas Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and stock items safely and efficiently Ensure compliance with food service bar safety regulations and venue beverage service policies at all times Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS to assist with cash handling and order processing under supervision Skills Strong cleaning skills to maintain a spotless bar environment in line with health standards Experience in food service or restaurant settings, particularly in bars or catering environments Knowledge of venue beverage service procedures and bar safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management Previous bartending or food industry experience is a plus, along with banquet or catering background Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous Customer service orientation to ensure guest satisfaction in a lively setting Join us in creating memorable experiences by supporting our talented bartenders and delivering top-notch service!
