E. McLauchlan & Sons is seeking a Boiler Mechanic to join their highly respected team serving industrial and commercial customers throughout the Richmond, VA and Tidewater areas. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. This is a role where you will be provided with your own service vehicle, cell phone and laptop to be dispatched from home and will be handling installs, services, repairs, and maintains commercial and industrial boiler systems, including steam and hot water boilers, burners, pumps, piping, valves, controls, and related equipment. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical and combustion issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements.
